Sirius XTS has been specially developed for the widely used Spinlock® XTS clutch and is designed to improve holding power without locking prematurely. It is also suitable as a sheet for very aggressive winches. In addition, the hybrid fibre core minimises stretch.
Sirius XTS has been specially developed for the widely used Spinlock® XTS clutch and is designed to improve holding power without slipping prematurely. It is also suitable as a sheet for very aggressive winches.
Sirius XTS features a hybrid Technora / Dyneema / polyester cover, something you would expect from a Grand Prix product. However, it is precisely this feature that gives the rope its unique characteristics. Sharp and aggressive winch drums will not damage the Sirius XTS.
The hybrid fibre core based on Robtec fibres minimises stretch. Sirius XTS excels as a halyard on relatively heavy, high-performance cruising yachts, where high loads on halyards often cause them to slip during peak loads (for example, when hitting a wave).
